Fitness Studio

The Shape Your Body adult fitness program is designed to help you improve your health and self-esteem by increasing your strength and endurance, agility, balance, coordination, performance, energy level, and over-all physical fitness.

Classes include elements of kickboxing, aerobics, stretching, pilates and yoga.

The Prenatal program provides classes designed to enhance energy level and to provide you with safe and exhilarating workouts that will help you enjoy your pregnancy and stay in shape.

Being fit can help you stay healthy during pregnancy, reduce the likelihood of complications during labor, and actually make labor shorter. One of the biggest benefits is that it makes it easier to lose weight after your baby's birth.

The Postnatal exercise will help to get your body back into shape, reduce the likelihood of postpartum depression and increase your energy levels.
